We understand when you are booked for multiple market locations and dates, invoice management can be a bit confusing. To ensure you stay on track, enrolling in auto-pay is recommended. If you do not, setting up a routine review of your INVOICE tab in Marketspread is an important part of staying on track.
PRO-TIP: Please make sure you consistently log into your Marketspread Dashboard and view your INVOICE tab. From this tab, you will be able to see all your event invoices, payment status and due dates. Any amount shown in red is a Balance Due amount and there is a convenient blue pay button, which will allow you to charge your card on file or add a new card to your Marketspread wallet.
KEEP IN MIND: if you are scheduled for an event date our cancellation policy states you must provide written notice two weeks prior to the event date (invoice due date also is 14 days out) in order to NOT be charged for the event booth fee.
