To all participating vendors for the Fresh Market at Hyde Park Village: 

Beginning with our September market and continuing through November, Hyde Park Village will be completing renovations to its parking garages. During this time, vendor parking will not be available on-site at Hyde Park Village.

The work is currently expected to last approximately three months. However, the parking restrictions could continue beyond November if Hyde Park Village moves forward with renovations to an additional garage. We will keep everyone updated as more information becomes available.

To make this transition as easy and stress-free as possible, Tampa Bay Markets will provide a complimentary vendor shuttle between Gorrie Elementary and Hyde Park Village.

Morning Parking and Shuttle Process

1. Arrive at Hyde Park Village and unload all booth equipment and merchandise at your assigned market space.

2. Once you are completely unloaded, drive your vehicle to the designated vendor parking area at:

Gorrie Elementary
705 W De Leon Street
Tampa, FL 33606

3. Park in the designated vendor area and report to the shuttle pickup location.

4. The shuttle will transport vendors from Gorrie Elementary back to Hyde Park Village.

Morning Shuttle Schedule

The shuttle will leave Gorrie Elementary approximately every 20 minutes:

• 7:30 a.m.

• 7:50 a.m.

• 8:10 a.m.

• 8:30 a.m.

• 8:50 a.m.

• 9:10 a.m.

• 9:30 a.m. – Final morning shuttle

The market opens at 10:00 a.m. Please plan to unload and park early enough to use one of the scheduled shuttles and complete your booth setup before opening.

Each shuttle trip can accommodate up to 14 vendors. If you have multiple people working in your booth, we strongly recommend having only the driver take the vehicle to Gorrie whenever possible. This will help us reserve shuttle seats for the vendors who need them.

Please bring only small personal items on the shuttle. All booth equipment, merchandise, carts, and large items should be unloaded at Hyde Park Village before you park.

We know that off-site parking adds an extra step to your market morning, and we truly appreciate your patience and cooperation. Our team will have staff available at both Hyde Park Village and Gorrie Elementary to help direct vendors and keep the process moving smoothly.

Additional instructions regarding the afternoon shuttle and vendor load-out process will be provided before the market.
